- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Item must not be damaged by the customer
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5β10 business days to reflect in your account
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video proof
After verification, we will offer:
- Free replacement OR
- Full refund
5. Non-Refundable Cases
We do NOT provide refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Change of mind after order has been shipped
- Product has been used or damaged by customer
- Late delivery due to courier or customs delays
6. Shipping & Delivery Time
As we work with international suppliers:
- Standard delivery time: 7β15 business days (Australia)
- Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues
Please note: shipping delays are not eligible for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost.
7. Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.
We will:
- Investigate with the shipping carrier
- Offer a replacement or refund if confirmed lost
